“Only from the heart can you touch the sky.”
In my 20s I suffered an accident at work and also had some tragic personal events to deal with. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia suffering constant pain and extreme fatigue amongst many other symptoms. After years of hospital visits, the pain clinic and other therapies a Chiropractor was recommended. I met Rachel nearly two years ago. Rachel has helped me physically and mentally. I am no longer in constant pain and my energy levels have improved. Rachel is an accomplished Chiropractor and she is an exceptional and compassionate person.
Oli & Zephyrine
Rachel has been working with us regularly for the last seven years: in that time we have got married, bought a house and had two children. Her nurture, support and care has been key in providing stability throughout these changes. She entrained Zephryrine throughout her pregnancies and in the early stages of labour. These Network Spinal entrainments and her knowledge of hypnobirthing helped us to have two incredible and positive births.
She now adjusts both our children using NS care and Craniosacral Work, helping to keep them happy, balanced and sleeping well. We don't think it's a coincidence that our first child first slept through the night after being adjusted by Rachel earlier that day.
The work she does helps to create space and reduce tension in both mind and body. She helps and supports us to live the lives we want to lead.
I was first introduced to Rachel 2 years ago for Network Spinal care, that introduction has to be one of the best steps I have made in my life. I have a regular appointment with Rachel and I enjoy attending her yoga class. Rachel's knowledge opens to a wealth of inspiration, she shows compassion and warmth, and has enabled me to lead a much happier and healthier life that my body and mind is truly thankful for.
Rachel is a very skilled and intuitive practitioner. She has guided me with warmth and gentle persistence during my sessions, encouraging me to explore new responses to stress in my body. I feel I have greatly benefited from the NS sessions, and gained the trust that my body has its own innate wisdom to overcome emotional and physical challenges. I feel more alive, I have more energy and confidence to meet the world with an open heart. I recommend Rachel to anyone who wants to experience NS care and craniosacral work in a professional and safe environment.
I loved this course. It really helped me to connect to my body and my flow. Thank you so much Rachel.
Wonderfully informative. Enabling - meant I went away with a much better idea of how to move forward.
I really enjoyed this course and learnt a lot! Rachel is very knowledgeable and her patient and kind approach to teaching really helped me to enjoy the course. I will continue my yoga journey with what I have learnt. Thanks Rachel for being so lovely.
